Putting Dreams in Schools

Kosciusko Literacy Services is collaborating with Warsaw Community Schools to place the book "Dream: a Tale of Wonder, Wisdom & Wishes" by Susan Bosak into the schools libraries. On February 2nd, the WCS Action Plan Team, which includes school and community members, is presenting a portion of the action plan addressing the part of Warsaw Community Schools’ mission statement “while pursuing their dreams.” After the books are studied during the presentation, the books will be placed in the library of each elementary school. "Dream" illustrates that one is never too young or old to pursue dreams. The book explores the dreams of childhood through old age. A successful life is discovering and acting upon one’s dreams. Motivational quotations encourage the reader to fulfill dreams. The works of award-winning illustrators enrich the story and inspire through art.
