Agency Funds are created by a not-for-profit organization
to provide a stream of income for their organization well into the future.
- Want to work to fulfill their missionand utilize the Community Foundation’s
expertise in long-terminvestment and management of funds;
- Wish to create a separate fund to which many donors may contribute
with the added confidence of marketing, investment, management and oversight
of thirty-five-plus years of experience;
- Want to transfer a board-designated or donor-designated fund to the
Community Foundation to take advantage of the Foundation’s historic
earnings and growth of funds with low administrative costs.
- Would like assistance growing their endowment fund with marketing,
development and gift planning services.
The Kosciusko County
Community Foundation, Inc. Agency Endowments include:
Assists the Baker Youth Clubs in purchasing equipment.
Supports the day-to-day operations of the Baker Youth Clubs.
Provides general operating support of the program in Kosciusko County.
Established by an anonymous donor to provide support for this popular organization.
Helps Cardinal Center to fulfill its mission.
Established in 2003 to provide support for the maintenance and operation of
the City-County Athletic Complex, Inc. (CCAC) and its charitable and athletic

businesses, and industries of DeKalb, Noble, LaGrange, Kosciusko, Steuben,
and Whitley counties in Indiana.

camp.
Provides the child care center serving the Milford area with an income stream

Established to support Potawatomi Wildlife Park, a 287-acre complex that consists
of fields, woodlands, ponds, and wetlands and is bordered by the Tippecanoe
River. Potawatomi Wildlife Park is managed as a natural sanctuary for plants
and animals of northern Indiana and provides educational activities for schools
in the area, as well as a site for recreational activities, such as hiking
or bird watching.
Created by many generous donors to assist St. Anne’s Church in Warsaw.
Established to provide the Library with an income stream for the future.
Contributed to by many generous donors to support the Warsaw Christian School.
Established to honor Robert Gephart’s 16 years of service as a library
trustee, and to be used to meet current and future service needs of the library.
Created by the Warsaw Community Foundation for Public Education to provide
a source of income to help carry out the organization’s mission.
The Warsaw Little League established this endowment to provide support for
the mission and purposes of Warsaw Little League, specifically the maintenance
and operation of Little League baseball and Little League softball programs
in the community.

to help maintain the Warsaw Biblical Gardens.
