Community Funds
Community Fund Grants are awarded based on a competitive grant application process. Nonprofit organizations serving Kosciusko County are eligible to apply in seven areas of interest: arts & culture, human services, civic projects, recreation, environment, health, and education.
Grant seekers should review Community Fund Grant Guidelines and contact the Program Staff to discuss your project before applying.
Deadlines: Grant applications are due January 15, May 15 and September 15 of each year.
Notification: Grant notification takes place nine weeks after each deadline.

- Final Report Form (after grant is awarded)
- Photo Release Form (for any photo you submit for publicity purposes, please also submit this form for any identifiable (face showing) person in the photo.
