100 Women Who Care
A Philanthropic Giving Circle of Women
100 Women Who Care is a group of women in Kosciusko County who come together to donate, nominate, and award grants to local nonprofits in our community.
Started in 2025 by Heather Reichenbach, the group of women meet to help foster meaningful connections while leaving a lasting impact in Kosciusko County. Heather has devoted her career to education and community engagement. She and her husband, Brian, have two children and deep roots in the area. The circle’s core team of Kallie Chapman, Vicky Decker, Elle Turley, and Heather work to foster the collective generosity and meaningful impact of women.
How It Works
Women commit to contributing $100 four times a year ($400 annually). At quarterly gatherings, contributors nominate local nonprofit organizations that are doing good work in Kosciusko County. If drawn, the contributor champions her nominee. Then, all contributors in attendance choose from one of the three drawn nominees to receive a grant. The 501c3 nonprofit with the most votes receives that quarter’s collective donation. Donations are tax-deductible.
