Wawasee Student Supply Fund Started at Community Foundation

A new fund was recently established at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation to enable Wawasee Community School Corporation to provide school supplies for their students. The new fund, Wawasee Student Supply Fund, was created to ensure students have the resources they need to thrive in the classroom.

The fund was established to help relieve the financial burden that school supplies often place on families and teachers. By providing students with essential tools, such as notebooks, pencils, and other classroom items, the fund seeks to remove barriers to learning and give children an equal opportunity to succeed.

“Every student deserves to come to school prepared and confident,” said a representative from the Wawasee Community School Corporation. “This new fund is a powerful example of how philanthropy can strengthen our schools and our community.”
