Simply make a gift by check, cash, or online to the Gift that Gives Fund, and we will create a custom card and certificate for your special someone.

Making a Gift to a Fund
If you wish to make a gift to any of the funds already established at the Community Foundation, you may make a check payable to the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, write the name of the fund in the memo line, and mail it to us at 102 East Market Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.
You may also donate online and specify the fund name as part of the online giving form.
