Doug & Nancy Walls Building Trades Fund
Designated Fund
Established by Doug’s family in his honor, the Doug and Nancy Walls Building Trades Fund supports Whitko Career Academy and Warsaw Area Career Center, enabling instruction, training, certification, and degree programs in construction, and construction related trades. A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Doug founded Walls Building in 1966. In addition to his service on the Pierceton Town Council and with many clubs, he always loved to learn and create new things. Nancy, also a lifetime resident of Kosciusko, opened an antiques shop upon retirement from many years at Pierceton State Bank as a teller. Today she continues to actively serve her community through a variety of social and philanthropic clubs while remaining active in her church.
