The Stellar Project Fund
In 2016, the City of Warsaw applied for a Stellar Communities designation which would have given the City access to funds for community projects. The city did not ultimately receive the designation, but the planning undertaken during the application process highlighted numerous community projects worthy of development. This fund was established with donations from area businesses and organizations to support projects identified in the Stellar Community process that are charitable in nature.
