Established by Bill and Vicki Morton to provide educational scholarships for Kosciusko County students who fulfills one or more of the following: is or has been a “Little” in a Big Brothers Big Sisters relationship, has a learning disability or physical disability, has or had a serious health issue during childhood, is a first-generation college student, or has been or currently is in a foster care, relative care, or kinship placement.
