Established with a gift from the estate of Frank and Geraldine “Jerry” Smith to provide an annual stream of income for the Bell Memorial Public Library in Mentone, Indiana. Frank and Jerry Smith were lifetime Mentone residents and operated Frank & Jerry’s Grocery in Mentone from 1947 to 1979.
Established by LeRoy Markley to provide an annual stream of revenue to the Bell Memorial Public Library in Mentone, Indiana.
