Established with a gift from the estate of Frank and Geraldine “Jerry” Smith to provide an annual stream of income for the Bell Memorial Public Library in Mentone, Indiana. Frank and Jerry Smith were lifetime Mentone residents and operated Frank & Jerry’s Grocery in Mentone from 1947 to 1979.

Established by LeRoy Markley to provide an annual stream of revenue to the Bell Memorial Public Library in Mentone, Indiana.

Established to provide support to the Milford Public Library.

Established to provide funds for capital purchases and other needs of the North Webster Community Public Library as recommended by the library’s governing board.
