Marcia and Homer Ousley, Jr. Fund
Scholarship Fund
Established by Homer Ousley, Jr. to benefit students from the communities where he and his wife, Marcia, worked and lived including Manchester Schools, Tippecanoe Valley Schools and Whitko Schools. Homer was a farm manager for Creighton Brothers for 40 years and operated his own corn and soybean farm. Marcia taught elementary school for nearly 30 years.
