Established by Judy Heiman to provide support for the humane treatment of animals, with priority given to support the care and treatment of animals at a shelter that does not euthanize animals who can be adopted or when the shelter is full, reserving euthanasia for animals who are terminally ill or considered dangerous. Preference given to Specialty Purebred Cat Rescue of Southeastern Wisconsin Inc., should they apply, or to organized shelters within Kosciusko County.
