Ralph & Lucetta Frantz Scholarship Fund
Established as a charitable remainder trust in which Ralph Frantz provided his sister, Lucetta, with a life income. At her death, the Community Foundation received the remainder interest to be used for scholarships for Kosciusko County residents.
