Created by the Roy Hine Performing Arts Foundation, Inc. in memory of Roy Hine, who served as the artistic director at the Wagon Wheel theatre in Warsaw, Indiana from 1995 until his death on November 21, 2007. The Fund provides scholarships for students who are pursuing study in the performing arts.
