Designated Fund
Established by Cliff and Cindy Zehr to support the Silver Lake Community Center and its role in strengthening community life in Silver Lake. Cindy grew up in Silver Lake, and Cliff came to Indiana from New York to attend Goshen College, where he met Cindy. Together, they operated Kerlin Bus Sales, founded in Silver Lake by Cindy’s father, Ed Kerlin, in 1962, and raised two daughters, Melanie and Sara. Guided by faith, service, and a deep love for their community, Cliff and Cindy created this fund to help ensure Silver Lake remains a caring, connected place for generations to come.
