Established by Frank J. Schwegman to honor his late brother and best friend, Sylvan J. Schwegman, to meet the changing needs of Kosciusko County, forever. After working at the Perfect Circle company for several years, Sylvan was a Cost Accountant for Dalton Foundry for many years and owner of the NBS Office Supply in Warsaw, Goshen, and Wabash for 25 years. Sylvan was a big fan of Notre Dame, John F. Kennedy, and collected stamps, books, and coins. He enjoyed his family and friends, and his family and friends enjoyed his quick sense of humor.
