Created by Carl Wendel as part of his estate planning to provide scholarships to Kosciusko County residents, with a first preference given to those who are pursuing education or training to become a diesel mechanic, auto mechanic, motorcycle mechanic, small engine mechanic and/or auto repair service manager.
