Looking for Assistance? While the Community Foundation is not a service provider, we manage a number of funds that assist individuals in need. We work with the following organizations to distribute grants from these funds. Those seeking assistance should contact the organizations below to apply for help.

Located at the Health Services Pavillion in Warsaw, The Help Center provides advice and financial support to those facing illness or medical hardship. Kosciusko County residents may apply for assistance toward:

  • Medical expenses
  • Gas cards for out of county medical appointments
  • Medical therapies or equipment
  • Mental health care
  • Vision
  • Diabetes supplies
  • Vasectomy services

Kosciusko County foster children and their families may be eligible for support from the Fostering Hope Fund and the Fostering Wellness Fund. Guardians should contact their case worker for more details. A referral to the fund from a DCS caseworker is required.
