Jo E. Phillips Charitable Endowment Fund
This fund was made possible through a planned gift from the late Darrell Phillips in which he gave his daughter, Jo Phillips, authority to name the charities that would benefit from a trust at her death. Jo named Ball State University, St, Joseph’s Indian School, Seelyville United Methodist Church, and Kosciusko County Community Foundation. Darrell and Marilyn Phillips resided in Warsaw. Jo resided in Terre Haute. She worked as a computer programmer and later a church secretary for the Seelyville United Methodist Church. Jo passed away on July 12, 2022.
