Established by Forrest and Kathryn Bouse to support organizations that were important to them, including Otterbein United Methodist Church, Cardinal Services, Kosciusko County Historical Society, charitable projects of the Warsaw Masonic Lodge No. 73, charitable projects of the Kosciusko County Shrine Club, and maintenance and support of the Atwood Community Building.
