The Robert T. and Emma Gilliam Memorial Fund Endowment
Created by Florence Gilliam Clark in tribute to her parents, Robert and Emma Gilliam, to aid area students in obtaining higher education. Robert owned a lumber business in Leesburg and was active in civic affairs and the Masonic Lodge. Emma was a homemaker, a member of the Eastern Star Lodge, and a parishioner of Leesburg Methodist Church.
