Virtual Workshop: Increase Your Nonprofit’s Financial Sustainability

Presenter:  Steve Zimmerman, CPA and author of two books:  The Sustainability Mindset and Nonprofit Sustainability: Making Strategic Decisions for Financial Viability

9am to 3:30pm with a half hour lunch break at Noon.  Via ZOOM

This will be a hands on workshop, with groups 3 from your nonprofit working through a workbook during breakout sessions over the course of the day. You will  end the day with the underpinnings of a Matrix Map for your organization.

Who should attend?

Each nonprofit should enroll their Executive Director, Finance Director or Treasurer, and EITHER a board member or a program staff person.
