Community Foundation welcomes new CFO

The Kosciusko County Community Foundation is pleased to welcome Leanne Ford to the team as chief financial officer.

For the past 15 years, Ford served as CFO for a regional non-profit. She holds extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

“I’ve worked in non-profits for most of my career because giving back to the community is very important to me,” Ford said. “It’s an honor for me to be a part of an organization that makes our community such a wonderful place to live and work.” In their free time, Leanne and her family enjoy traveling and going to sporting events. (Fun fact: They have been to 11 MLB baseball stadiums!)

Ford replaces Amy Donley, who is retiring after more than 20 years of service to the Foundation. Donley will not fully retire until 2024 and is serving as CFO mentor until that time.

“The Community Foundation is grateful to be in the position to have gained such an experienced chief financial officer in Leanne,” said Community Foundation CEO, Stephanie Overbey. “Her onboarding into the intricacies of Community Foundation finance will be well-supported through the mentorship of Amy and her 23 years of experience,” Overbey added.
